Meditation / Mindful Exercise - Silent Walking

Taking 10 minutes (or longer) each day to do a mindful or meditation exercise can help with resilience and your overall well being.
Here an exercise that I love to follow.
Go for a walk, remain silent throughout your walk and concentrate to what is in your mind, listen to what your mind is seeing, telling you.
As your attention is drawn to particular objects in your environment, or thoughts, feelings, sounds or sensations in your body, think about them, how do they make you feel, listen and feel what is around you (sounds, colors).
This will slow you down and that helps with your overall health and it can help with how you respond and help to not react when you are stressed.
